C# Developer

Job Location: NYC

Reports to: Manager, Technology – Software

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior C#/.NET Developer with Workday experience for a medium- to long-term consulting engagement. The consultant will design, develop, and enhance both in-house and vendor-provided corporate systems supporting Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Solution Design & Architecture: Design and architect comprehensive software solutions that align with business objectives.

· Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to CI/CD best practices.

· Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the stability and performance of software applications.

· Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development, integration, and deployment processes.

· Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of various systems.

Required Technical Skills:

· C# .NET (5+ years of experience)

· Experience developing or supporting Workday integrations and downstream systems

· Strong SQL Server/Data modeling skills

· Experience with Git/CI-CD tools

Desirable Skills:

· Workday: Financials or HCM Modules, Security Admin

· Python, Pandas

· REST API development

· Familiarity with Reporting tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau

· Experience with SAML, OAuth, and Azure or AWS

· Advanced Excel skills, including macros and Power Query
