In this role you will report to our Head of Collaboration Technology to help define, design, and bring to life our user collaboration strategy and tools as well as become the product owner for M365 including OneDrive, Exchange, and other M365 tools implemented at our firm. Specifically, you will:
Assume product ownership of the M365 platform inclusive of:
Exchange engineering, support, and maintenance, including archival
Delivery of the end user documentation strategy to move users to OneDrive and sunset other storage options
Deliver new collaboration and productivity platforms across the Firm
Maintain and manage the Microsoft M365 relationship for the Firm
Create and maintain training on the M365 tools through the creation.

7-10 years of experience with large scale implementations of M365
7-10 years of experience with requirements gathering, persona-based work, focus groups, surveys, and developing CSAT/NPS
The ability to develop meaningful documentation to communicate tools and capabilities provided to users
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate user needs and wants into requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience deploying tools in an Agile framework
Must be passionate about the end user experience
Ability to lead diverse global teams
Previous experience in the financial services industry
Minimal travel required to the Stamford, CT headquarters as well as international offices 3-4 times per year
