Your Mission

As a Technical Lead, you will direct a team of compute engineers specializing in Linux and virtualization while shaping the firm’s journey toward containerized and cloud-native platforms. You’ll oversee large-scale compute resource orchestration, automate provisioning workflows, and ensure a secure, efficient, and scalable infrastructure. ✔ Architect Compute Solutions – Build and optimize Linux and virtualization platforms to support high-performance infrastructure.
✔ Drive Automation & Orchestration – Develop large-scale testing frameworks, automate image testing, and streamline deployment processes.
✔ Shape the Future – Collaborate on Kubernetes, cloud, and containerization strategies to drive compute innovation into 2025 and beyond.
✔ Mentor & Develop Talent – Cultivate a culture of growth, helping engineers evolve into software-driven infrastructure experts.

What You Bring

🔹 7+ years of software engineering experience in large-scale infrastructure and system development.
🔹 Expertise in Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM).
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and infrastructure automation.
🔹 Proven leadership experience, mentoring engineers and leading high-impact technical projects.
🔹 Kubernetes and containerization knowledge (a strong plus).
🔹 Proficiency in Python or similar languages for infrastructure automation.
🔹 Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).

✅ Experience with Ansible, Puppet, Terraform or other infrastructure management tools.
