CADRE is an SRE team that’s focusing on taking our core trading environment, porting it to containers and testing it. This project is called Core on Demand and will enable our developers to test our entire core trading system.
This is a development heavy RE team, so the person should come from a SWE background with a CS degree, and transitioned into an RE role. It’s far more important to the manager for the person to be able to script for automation in Java and/or Python than have systems skills.
We’re looking for someone with 2-7 YOE for this team. More than 7 is too much, and less than 2 is too little.
We’re wide open on background and the environment they come from, as long as they have strong coding skills.
