LEAD DATA CENTER ENGINEER – (6 to 8 People)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

🔹 Lead & Innovate – Oversee and optimize operations across multiple data center locations.
🔹 Build & Troubleshoot – Work hands-on with servers, storage, networking equipment, and fiber/copper cabling to maintain seamless uptime.
🔹 Scale & Optimize – Manage site capacity, forecast future needs, and implement efficiency improvements.
🔹 Collaborate & Elevate – Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to drive excellence.
🔹 Grow & Succeed – Take advantage of a clear path to management and expand your expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.

WHO YOU ARE

✅ Expert in data center environments – 7-15 years of hands-on experience, with leadership or team lead background preferred.
✅ Infrastructure pro – Skilled in design, troubleshooting, cabling, and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM).
✅ Future-focused – Experience in new builds, liquid cooling, power balancing, and remote site upgrades is a plus.
✅ Detail-driven & problem-solving mindset – Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
✅ A strong communicator & leader – You have the judgment, organization, and people skills to drive projects forward.
✅ Flexible & reliable – Some evening and weekend availability required, with dependable transportation.
✅ Finance experience? Even better! (But not required.)
