Front End Developer

The small team is responsible for a proprietary execution management system used
by a spectrum of end users – from latency sensitive to those requiring a feature-rich execution solution.

The successful candidate will have experience using TypeScript and React/Redux to build modern webbased UIs, and must be able to work in a reliable, source-controlled development and deployment
environment. We seek good software engineers who have an interest in best practices, and a passion
for technology and open source.

The team works closely with quant traders and developers, in both the U.S. and the U.K., and sits within
the front office. As such, the team is positioned to impact and gain knowledge on markets and trading.

Required:

 Strong academic background with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related
discipline(s)
 Experience using TypeScript and React/Redux to build modern web-based UIs for fast-moving data,
in finance or another field
 Programming experience in one other programming language
 Server-side experience, preferably with servers that handle large volumes of data
 Collaborative mindset and desire to work in a team environment
 Adaptability amidst changing priorities

Preferred:

 Experience with Redis, elasticsearch/ELK, and/or grafana
