Geneva Integration Developer

As Geneva Developers, we play a crucial role in the development, customization, and support of computer programming systems and applications, covering design, coding, testing, and deployment to fulfill our business obligations.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and customize Geneva scripts, encompassing rules, calculations, and reports, to support investment management operations effectively.

· Collaborate closely with business users to comprehend requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Geneva platform.

· Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between Geneva and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and integration.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Geneva configurations, data integrity, and performance to uphold system reliability.

· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Geneva, including monitoring, tuning, and optimization to enhance system efficiency.

· Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.

· Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes related to Geneva development and support to maintain clear and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Proven experience in Geneva development, customization, and support within the financial services industry.

· Strong proficiency in Geneva scripting languages, such as Geneva Script, RSL, and SQL.

· Familiarity with Geneva modules such as Portfolio Accounting, Performance Measurement, and Compliance.

· Experience with data integration and interfaces using Geneva Data Mart, Geneva API, or similar tools.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
