We are seeking a Technology Infrastructure Team member to engineer and manage the fundamental technology platforms that power our applications and businesses. Our team is focused on delivering the most dependable, high-performing, and modern technology solutions to boost the speed-to-market for our company. We also provide end-user technology solutions to support our global teams’ changing collaboration and productivity requirements.
As the Head of Core Engineering, you will manage a team of skilled professionals and provide guidance on the technology infrastructure of our trading and investment systems. You will develop and execute a technology strategy that supports our trading and investment operations, including the creation of proprietary trading systems, risk management tools, and data analytics platforms. You will also collaborate with other departments to design technology solutions that meet their specific requirements.
To be eligible for this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least ten years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on developing and deploying financial technology solutions. You must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies. Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is also required.
