Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a 20-person team responsible for end-user systems, enterprise IT infrastructure, and workplace technology services.
· Drive strategic initiatives to modernize workplace systems, unify end-user experience, and ensure operational excellence across physical and virtual environments.
· Oversee the design, deployment, and lifecycle of enterprise platforms including Windows desktop/server infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud-integrated services.
· Develop and implement robust automation strategies using tools such as PowerShell, C#, or other scripting languages to scale support and configuration management.
· Partner with cybersecurity, facilities, and business operations to ensure secure, reliable, and responsive technology across office and hybrid setups.
· Ensure high availability and performance of workplace systems, managing key infrastructure such as SCCM, PowerShell DSC, and other configuration tools.
· Support integration of cross-platform systems, including Windows and Linux environments, with a focus on scalability, user experience, and maintainability.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees a plus.
· Proven experience managing technical teams, preferably within a high-performance, financial or technology-driven environment.
· Expert knowledge of core Windows technologies and scripting/automation frameworks (especially PowerShell and C#).
· Strong familiarity with configuration management, continuous integration, and DevOps practices.
· Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale, mission-critical systems with high availability.
· A working understanding of Linux in cross-platform environments is a plus.
· Exposure to authentication/encryption protocols such as Kerberos and TLS is beneficial.
