Junior Desktop Support Engineer

Provide day-to-day hands-on support for company users
Document, track and monitor user problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner
Configuration and management of Windows desktop environments, including VMs, Terminal Servers, AD, DNS and Group Policy knowledge
Ability to prioritize multiple, competing requests, manage expectations, and provide effective service.


At least 2 years of relevant experience providing support in a professional IT environment
Strong Knowledge of Office 365 (Exchange, Azure, Sharepoint, Teams)
Computer hardware experience is preferred
Analytical and problem-solving skills are a must as well as the ability to work well independently
In-depth knowledge of maintaining Windows 10 OS
Handling daily support tickets which can range from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support requirements.
Basic Linux administration is a plus
To be considered for this position, you must be able to travel between our two NYC offices, and ability to lift heavy equipment and facilitate office moves.
