Manager, End User Services – Relationship Management

📍 Location: New York, NY


Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of End User Services Relationship Management to join our team in New York. This leadership role is essential in bridging the gap between technology and our external Portfolio Management (PM) teams. You will guide a global team to deliver tailored solutions that align with enterprise standards while meeting the unique needs of our clients.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and mentor a globally distributed team focused on end user engagement and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement scalable strategies and templates to streamline solution delivery.

🔹 Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between external PM teams and internal tech stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure timely execution.

🔹 Project & Service Delivery

  • Coordinate the deployment of collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., email, chat, mobile platforms).
  • Maintain and manage prioritized work plans (books of work), tracking progress and reporting status.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment on compute, storage, and networking needs.
  • Manage expectations of senior business and technology leaders through clear communication and strategic alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure project or service delivery within financial services.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex solutions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a global team management background.
  • Solid understanding of end user technologies (workspace, collaboration, communication tools).

💡 Preferred:

  • Experience in end user product management.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Exchange Online, InTune, Teams, SharePoint, and Slack.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Awareness of AI tools and use cases, including ChatGPT.
