In a Fast-Moving, High-Performance Trading environment, you’ll be the force that keeps critical systems running seamlessly while eliminating manual toil with code.

What You’ll Do
- Automate IT operations: Build and maintain scripts, workflows, and tools to reduce repetitive tasks and scale the team’s impact.
- Deliver sharp, responsive support: Tackle complex hardware/software issues for global end users (onsite + remote).
- Own core SaaS platforms: Administer, secure, and optimize Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and more.
- Drive IT asset lifecycle: Partner with procurement to ensure compliance, accuracy, and availability of mission-critical assets.
- Champion onboarding: Own smooth, secure setup of accounts and hardware for new hires — first impressions matter.
- Keep knowledge flowing: Create and refine documentation that elevates the IT function across the firm.
- Be part of the guard: Join the on-call rotation, ensuring resilient IT support coverage for a global environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of IT operations/support in a fast-paced, tech-heavy shop.
- Comfort across macOS, Linux, and Windows.
- Proven admin chops with Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, Zoom, M365.
- Familiarity with developer workflows, Git, CI/CD, and the ability to bridge IT with engineering.
- Python scripting/automation experience — you eliminate toil with code.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solver by nature, and relentless focus on user experience.
- Customer-first, proactive, and collaborative, with communication skills to match.
