What You’ll Do

• Run the Engine Room: Triage, troubleshoot, and keep core infrastructure rock-solid for trading and research teams.
• Automate Everything: Identify pain points and eliminate them with smart automation.
• Collaborate to Scale: Partner with Infrastructure, Platform, and InfoSec teams to improve processes and keep the firm secure-by-default.
• Data-Driven Impact: Spot recurring issues, surface metrics, and use insights to drive system-wide improvements.
• Document & Communicate: Keep knowledge crisp, clear, and shareable—so every engineer is empowered.

Tech Stack You’ll Touch

• Languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Cloud & IaC: AWS, Terraform, ArgoCD/Workflows, Ansible (exposure a plus)
• CI/CD: Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity
• Monitoring: DataDog

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years supporting and operating production environments at scale.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) + container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting chops (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive—you own problems end-to-end.
• Clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
