We’re scaling a next-generation crypto infrastructure platform that lives deep in the Web3 stack — where every transaction, contract, and on-chain protocol demands absolute trust.
This is your shot to secure the future of decentralized finance from the inside out.

You’ll lead security reviews for smart contracts, dApps, and blockchain protocols — partnering directly with engineers and product leads to build defenses where others only react.
This is a hands-on, code-level role for engineers who can think like attackers, design like architects, and move faster than the exploit chain.

What You’ll Do

• Lead deep-dive reviews of smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and Web3 applications for logic flaws, vulnerabilities, and exploit vectors.
• Embed secure development practices directly into the on-chain SDLC.
• Develop and improve blockchain security tooling — fuzzers, static analyzers, monitoring systems, and exploit simulations.
• Partner with engineering, product, and risk teams to ensure every on-chain feature ships secure.
• Stay ahead of emerging threats across EVM, Layer 2s, and DeFi ecosystems — and translate that intel into engineering action.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in AppSec, Web3 Security, or similar hands-on security roles.
• Proven experience with smart contract auditing, DeFi protocol analysis, and dApp security.
• Ability to conduct design reviews, threat modeling, and secure code analysis with an attacker mindset.
• Solid foundation in blockchain security tooling (Slither, Echidna, Foundry, MythX, etc.).
• Knowledge of key management, wallet security, and secure custody mechanisms.
• Coding or scripting in Python, Rust, Solidity, C++, or JavaScript.
• Excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between engineering speed and enterprise security.

Bonus Points

• Experience with formal verification of contracts or runtime properties.
• Background securing DeFi, exchanges, NFT marketplaces, or Layer 2 protocols.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain security tools, bug bounty findings, or published exploit research.
• Ability to define a long-term Web3 security roadmap with engineering leadership.
