· Lead business analysis and support for Portfolio Monitoring and Research platforms across multiple business lines. · Engage with the business stakeholders to evaluate their needs and problems, clarify and document requirements, and help design solutions with the application development team by translating business requirements into functional requirements. · Act as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Portfolio Monitoring and Research systems; provide best-practice guidance to the business stakeholders and internal development partners. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiencies. · Perform analysis across diverse and large datasets; Effectively communicate research findings and relevant recommendations to the stakeholders and team members. · Lead the product rollout process by driving decisions, tracking issues, and assisting with a timely resolution in support of the initiative. Provide post-rollout and day to day product support as needed. · Drive 3rd party vendor selection/engagement for the new and existing system refreshes or implementations. Build, maintain, and execute project plans. Keep the stakeholders and sponsors abreast of project and milestone updates. · Establish strong working relationships with the business and development teams to facilitate application support and adoption. · Engage and actively participate in the sprint and release planning discussions; Drive efforts to support QA/UAT, user training, and change management throughout all the planned systems iterations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance

Experience Required:

· A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst.

· Prior experience with an alternative asset manager preferred, broader asset management experience is required.

General Requirements:

· Sound understanding of financial data and portfolio/research management workflows and systems.

Proficient with the core concepts behind a financial statement, associated company KPIs, and

knowledgeable about how that information is utilized for portfolio monitoring and research.

· Familiarity with institutional asset management research, trading workflows, and associated systems. Solid

understanding of the data points associated with different asset classes.

· Preferred exposure to one or more portfolio monitoring platforms in the alternative asset space such as

iLEVEL, Allvue, RealPage, Pereview, or a similar platform.

· Ability to extract meaningful information from extensive research and analysis to effectively present facts

and findings in a digestible format. A keen eye for attention to detail.

· Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and leading project prioritization discussions to

drive product vision and roadmap.

· A self-directed individual with a can-do attitude, willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment,

proactive in nature, and a proven ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision.

· Proven outstanding communication (written and verbal), presentation, documentation, and interpersonal

skills.

· Proficient with SQL for ad-hoc queries and data analysis. Exposure to BI solutions like Tableau and/or Power

BI is a huge plus.

· Expert with Excel for data analysis, including modeling and complex lookups. Macro writing is a plus.

· Experience with Agile project management methodology is desirable.
