About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a long-term consulting basis. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based solutions using Java, Spring, React, and Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, agile methodologies, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development and Integration:
   • Develop and maintain Java-based applications and services.
   • Integrate and sync applications like ServiceNow with Jira using custom-built solutions to streamline workflows.
   • Lead the design and implementation of applications and dashboards using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Elasticsearch, and Azure DevOps.
2. Project Leadership and Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with internal teams to develop a tableau-based Roadmap dashboard that dynamically updates with Jira release information.
   • Work closely with ServiceNow developers to streamline security request processes and enhance existing workflows.
3. Azure and Cloud Solutions:
   • Drive the migration of on-premises applications to Azure, ensuring secure and efficient cloud adoption.
   • Develop Azure DevOps extensions and terraform modules to automate deployment and secure Azure resources.
4. Innovation and Problem-Solving:
   • Identify and implement technical solutions to improve daily operations, leveraging Azure and AWS capabilities.
   • Participate in discussions to devise creative solutions for emerging technologies such as LLMs and GenAI.
5. Security and Compliance:
   • Evaluate Azure services like Azure AI Studio to ensure compliance with security standards.
   • Develop policies and documentation to authorize and secure Azure resources requested by other teams.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, React, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred, AWS a plus).
• Cloud Experience: Extensive experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and containerization technologies.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments, with a deep understanding of scrum and Jira.
• Problem Solving: Ability to devise innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow development and integration.
• Familiarity with Tableau for dashboard and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience in security practices and solutions within cloud environments.
