Senior Integration Engineer

The Opportunity

An Elite, Globally scaled Electronic Trading and Financial Technology firm is hiring a Senior Integration Engineer to help unify, automate, and modernize its internal business technology platforms.

This is not a ticket-punching role. This is a Hands-on Engineering Seat for someone who likes connecting systems, eliminating friction, automating everything possible, and leaving platforms better than they found them.

You’ll operate at the intersection of Identity, Endpoints, SaaS platforms, Infrastructure, and Security, working closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams in a highly regulated, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, Build, and Maintain Enterprise-Grade Integrations across directory services, identity platforms, SaaS applications, VPN infrastructure, endpoints, and internal systems
• Engineer Automation-First Workflows using PowerShell (and other scripting languages) for onboarding, offboarding, configuration management, and operational support
• Partner Closely with Infrastructure, security, and support teams to identify integration opportunities and deliver cohesive, scalable solutions
• Own and improve Identity environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta
• Troubleshoot and resolve Complex, Multi-Layered issues spanning identity, networking, endpoints, and applications
• Build Reusable Tooling and Frameworks to support rapid deployment and long-term repeatability
• Participate in solution design sessions, platform evaluations, and implementation planning
• Produce clear documentation for integrations, workflows, and operational handoffs
• Continuously improve performance, security posture, and end-user experience
• Rapidly research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to support evolving business and platform needs

What They’re Looking For

• 7+ years of engineering experience in complex enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in directory services and identity platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID)
• Strong understanding of modern access and identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM)
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management (Windows and macOS), VPN technologies, Microsoft 365, and SaaS platforms
• Strong PowerShell Scripting experience (Python or additional scripting languages a plus)
• Solid fundamentals in network troubleshooting and TCP/IP
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms with Okta and enterprise identity stacks
• Comfortable working in environments with legacy systems, constraints, and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to self-learn, prototype, and deploy new technologies independently
• True engineer mindset — focused on solving problems the right way, not just the fast way
• Clear communicator who can work across technical and non-technical teams
• Background in regulated industries (financial services, trading, healthcare, etc.) is a plus
