You’ll command performance at every Layer—OS, Network Stack, Virtualization, Automation, you name it.

What You’ll Do

Design, Build, and Optimize Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) that support Ultra-Low Latency, Fault-Tolerant Trading Engines.
Work alongside JVM-based microservices (Java, Python), high-throughput messaging (Kafka), and NoSQL backends (Redis, Cassandra).
Automate Provisioning, Configuration, Monitoring, and patching using Ansible, Terraform, or custom scripting (Python, Bash, Perl).
Tune every Kernel and Network Parameter—TCP/IP, NIC drivers, huge pages, CPU affinity—for sub-millisecond responsiveness.
Troubleshoot Deep-Stack Performance issues using Profiling Tools (eBPF, perf, netstat, tcpdump, iostat, etc.).
Manage Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes in Production, aligning into CI/CD.
Partner with Development, SRE, and Trading Ops—ensuring 24/7 uptime in hyper-critical environments.
Contribute to Cloud-Native Deployments or Hybrid Architectures, Driving Visibility and Resilience.

What We’re Looking For

Deep Specialties in Linux Systems Engineering, OS Internals, and Kernel Tuning.
Proven skills Automating Infrastructure via Python, Bash, or Go, and tools like Ansible or Terraform.
Solid experience Tuning and Troubleshooting High-Performance Networks and I/O.
Fluency with real-time messaging (Kafka) and distributed systems (Redis, Cassandra).
Background in container orchestration, CI/CD, and hybrid cloud setups.
Bonus points:
- Experience supporting Low-Latency Trading systems
- Familiarity with profiling tools like eBPF, perf, or BPFtrace
- Insights into JVM performance tuning or NUMA optimization
- Exposure to Financial services or Fintech at High scale
