What you’ll do:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Platforms and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our global IT team. This hands-on role involves managing enterprise infrastructure across all Windows endpoints, Active Directory, Azure, VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Intune, and automation frameworks. You’ll play a critical part in delivering secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions in a fast-paced, financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement infrastructure solutions aligning with security and operational best practices.
  • Manage and support Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, DFS, and Certificate Services.
  • Administer Azure resources including VMs, Networks, Load Balancers, Storage, Firewalls, IAM, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
  • Optimize Azure security, cost efficiency, and performance monitoring.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, Android, and iOS devices.
  • Maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Design and manage VMware vSphere/vCenter/ESXi environments with DRS, vMotion, HA, and resource optimization.
  • Automate tasks using advanced PowerShell scripting, DSC, and infrastructure orchestration tools.
  • Leverage GitHub Enterprise or Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or DSC.
  • Manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix NetScaler for VDI, load balancing, and security.
  • Provide L3 support and resolve complex infrastructure issues with minimal downtime.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and capacity planning for enterprise storage systems.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure, with a focus on Windows Server, virtualization, cloud, and automation.
  • Proven experience with Azure, including governance, RBAC, security, and cost management.
  • Deep expertise in VMware technologies and Citrix VDI environments.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, GitHub/Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong background in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune for device and identity management.
  • Knowledge of storage performance tuning, DR strategies, and global infrastructure support.
  • Experience working in high-availability environments; financial services background is a plus.
