Staff Enterprise Security Engineer — Stealth Crypto / Web3 Expansion

We’re scaling a next-gen digital asset platform — and behind every secure trade, transaction, and login is an Enterprise Security team locking down the foundation.
This isn’t “IT security.” This is corporate infrastructure defense at global crypto scale — securing devices, identities, and connections for a workforce that moves billions in assets every day.
You’ll lead hands-on initiatives across endpoint, identity, and access security — building systems and automation that make the secure path the easy path.
If you can translate Zero Trust principles into reality across Mac, Windows, Linux, and mobile fleets — and you love owning the end-to-end lifecycle from design to defense — this is where you shine.
What You’ll Do
- Engineer and harden enterprise endpoints (macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android) with best-in-class tooling and policy automation.
- Drive initiatives around authentication, access control, and corporate network security — SSO, MFA, and device trust at scale.
- Partner with IT and Platform teams to embed security-by-design across corporate systems.
- Build scripts and automation in Python, Bash, or Go to secure and monitor endpoints and identity flows.
- Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and incident response for enterprise environments.
- Champion security culture and teach teams how to move fast safely.
What You Bring
- Deep experience in enterprise or infrastructure security engineering.
- Strong endpoint expertise across macOS, Windows, and mobile — from MDM to binary authorization (Santa, JAMF, etc.).
- Knowledge of auth systems (Okta, Duo, SAML, OIDC, RADIUS, etc.) and networking security (VPNs, VLANs, proxies, firewalls).
- Ability to code or script to build automation and tooling.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP environments and modern Zero Trust architecture.
- Clear communicator who can influence both engineers and execs.
