REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Vice President, Corporate Systems
Supervises: Indirectly supervises our India team members and consultants in support of project management needs. Will also work directly with the other Business Analyst on the team and occasionally with other teams, such as the Investment Operations, Account Transitions, Middleware and Applications Support teams.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist end users in application/system issues • Perform maintenance of reference/master data, workflows, rules, system configurations, QA and exceptions handling with detail and accuracy under proper control along with documentations
• Assist with the testing and troubleshooting of interfaces between modules/systems including handling of exceptions and API constructs
• Provide support when working with Accounting/Finance personnel, IT personnel, Business Partners and 3rd party consultant/vendors through the various project phases
• Participate in business process analysis for improvement and handle audit requests • Assist in monitoring solutions to ensure proper controls are functioning
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance or related fields
Experience Required:
• 3-5 years relevant experience administering/implementing one or more ERP/EPM technologies
• Preferred experience in any of the following applications/tools implementation and maintenance (security, workflow, configuration etc.):
• Knowledge in data analytics/modelling using tools like Azure DataLake, Power BI, Hyperion HFM/Essbase, BIP
• Knowledge in automation via Business Analyst scripting tools like Excel Macro, VBA, PowerAutomate, SQL, Python
• Familiarity/experience with API for interfacing between applications
• Strong skills in Collaboration Tools: MS Teams, Confluence, JIRA, SERA
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project
• Providing support and training for end users
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Change management and project management, familiarity with SDLC and RICE-W components
• Networking, discovering and researching of solutions/best practices to system/process limitations
• Familiarity with audit process, providing support
