What You’ll Do
- Engineer & automate IT processes with Python and modern tooling to eliminate bottlenecks and scale operations.
- Own SaaS & productivity platforms: administer, integrate, and optimize Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Jira, Confluence, and more.
- Build cross-platform integrations: lifecycle management (LDAP, SCIM, SSO), asset management automation, and enterprise-wide API-driven workflows.
- Document, Refine, and Scale Systems Architecture, Creating Best Practices and Playbooks for Global use.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams to Design and deliver secure, efficient identity and productivity solutions.
- Break down Complex Projects and Deliver Iteratively, while communicating with technical and business stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience in High-Performance or Enterprise environments.
- Strong Python proficiency; capable of developing and maintaining production-grade automation.
- Experience with SaaS administration, APIs, and integrations across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, etc.
- Familiarity with Authentication & Provisioning Protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, API-based workflows).
- Comfort with Linux systems: navigating CLI, logs, and core admin tasks.
- Bonus points for:
- Client-side SSO integration experience.
- Linux Sysadmin Depth.
- IaC/config management exposure (Terraform, SaltStack, etc.).
