Nicholas Tamagna is a seasoned executive search and talent acquisition leader with more than 25 years of experience specializing in technology recruitment and strategic hiring within the financial services and investment management sectors. As Partner at Tech Exec Inc., he has spent the past two decades building one of the industry's most trusted boutique search firms, partnering with hedge funds, investment firms, and technology-driven organizations to identify and secure top-tier engineering and infrastructure talent.
Nick is recognized for his deep understanding of highly specialized technology markets, including infrastructure engineering, cloud computing, cybersecurity, low-latency trading systems, site reliability engineering, and enterprise platforms. Throughout his career, he has developed long-standing relationships across Wall Street and the broader technology community, advising both clients and candidates on strategic hiring decisions and career growth.
Prior to joining Tech Exec Inc., Nick served as an Account Manager at The Ayers Group, where he managed and mentored a team of recruiters and account managers focused on placing senior technology executives.
Known for his direct, relationship-driven approach and deep industry network, Nick has built a reputation for connecting exceptional talent with high-impact opportunities in some of the most competitive and technically demanding environments in the market.
Tracey Greene
Tracey Greene brings a strong background in financial technology and executive recruiting to Tech Exec.
Prior to transitioning into IT staffing, he worked extensively on Wall Street in technical leadership positions, including Developer, Linux Architect, Storage Architect, and Trading Systems Architect.
His professional experience includes work with major financial institutions and technology organizations such as Citigroup, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, EMC, and Storage Networks.
Braden Tamagna
